Fodor's Review:

They've taken some poetic (or marketing) license with the name here. For the record, the hotel is 27 mi from Disney's main entrance. The park's south entrance is 13 mi away, however, and the hotel offers good bargains and access to attractions west of Orlando, like Cypress Gardens and Fantasy of Flight. Rooms are bright and pleasant – some come with DVD players – and you get a free hot breakfast and local phone calls. Pros: lots of freebies (Disney shuttle, breakfast, local calls); small pets allowed (nonrefundable $50 deposit); good location – easy drive to Disney, the Orlando metro area, and even Tampa (an hour west). Con: Davenport is more nondescript interstate stop than picturesque hamlet.
