Strange but good brews, like Pale Rocket Red Ale and Gadzooks Pilsner, abound here. You can dine inside among the giant copper brewing tanks, or sip your suds outside on the lake-view patio. The menu emphasizes meat, with pork ribs slow-cooked in red barbecue sauce, barbecue pork, and a house-special flame-grilled meat loaf made with ground beef and Italian sausage. The cheddar cheese-mashed potatoes are a perfect accompaniment. There's also a worthwhile grilled Atlantic salmon fillet with dill butter.
