Citricos

$$$-$$$$, Eclectic, Magic Kingdom

User Rating: **** 4.2

Fodor's Review:

Although the name implies that you might be eating lots of local citrus-flavor specialties, you won't find them here, aside from drinks like a "Citropolitan" martini, infused with lemon-and-lime liqueur, and an orange-chocolate mousse for dessert. Standout entrées include sautéed salmon fillet with roasted fennel, Yukon gold potatoes, and black-olive butter; and roasted free-range chicken with vegetable quinoa and tomato-cilantro sauce. The wine list, one of Disney's most extensive, includes vintages from around the world.

Excellent food & wonderful service

Posted by Mike from Houston Texas & Melbourne Australia on 11/8/06

We made the mistake of arriving at Grand Floridian at Thansgiving 2005, absent any restaurant bookings expecting to be able to book as GF guests. The Manager of Citricos went out of his way to fix us up on Thansgiving dinner, and 2 subsequent meals. Excelent service & food that was out of the ordinary. Excellent wine list. We headed back to GF this December & Citricos and California Grill are booked already!
