$-$$$, Caribbean, Central Orlando
Fodor's Review:
To the followers of this long-popular Latin restaurant, the name is no mere hyperbole. Downtowners have been filling the place at lunch for years. It bills itself as "the home of paella," so just take their word for it and order some. If you have a good appetite and you either called ahead to order or can spare the 75-minute wait, try the boliche (a tender pork roast stuffed with chorizo sausage) and a side order of plantains. Otherwise, go for traditional Cuban fare like shredded flank steak or arroz con pollo (rice with chicken). Finish with the tres leches (three-milk) cake, made with regular, evaporated, and sweetened-condensed milk. Take I-4 Exit 81A or 81B.
