$$$-$$$$, American, Magic Kingdom
Fodor's Review:
If you're not a guest at the Wilderness Lodge, a meal here is worth it just to see the giant totem poles and huge rock fireplace in the lobby. The specialty is cedar-plank salmon and mashed potatoes with roasted fennel and truffle butter (worth its $29 price tag). Another good option: grilled buffalo sirloin with sweet potato-hazelnut gratin and sweet-onion jam. For dessert, try the wild berry cobbler or the flourless chocolate-whiskey cake with pecans and raspberry sorbet. There's a good northwestern U.S. wine list, and wine pairings for the meal cost $18 to $23 per person. A fixed price dinner, which offers a good cross section of the restaurant's cuisine, is available for $46 per person.
