With the best Canadian wine cellar in the state, this charming eatery with stone arches and dark-wood paneling has a good selection of Canadian beer as well. Aged beef is king, although many steaks appear only on the dinner menu. If you're a carnivore, go for the herb-crusted prime rib. Even though the menu changes periodically (gone are the buffalo steaks, alas), they've always got the maple-ginger-glazed Canadian salmon and free-range chicken with a mustard marinade. For a light meal, try the Prince Edward Island mussels. Dessert salutes to the land up north include a crème brûlée made with maple sugar and the Canadian Club chocolate cake.

Our reservation, made 2 months in advance (the way Disney likes it), weren't even correct. We showed up on Wednesday, 10 minutes before our booked reservation, and were told they did not "show" our reservation. Upon further inspection, we were told that they had us down for the prior Sunday and walked away from us. Needless to say, we left immediately upon the snub and cancelled the rest of our vacations dinner reservations made thru Disney. Good Luck with yours!
