Fodor's Review:
Long awaited and much delayed, this mall opened in 2003 to much fanfare. Most of its stores, such as Shepler's Western Wear and Ron Jon Surf Shop, are new to the Orlando market. Taking a new approach to retailing, Festival Bay has an indoor miniature golf course called Putting Edge and a 55,000-square-foot Vans Skatepark, with ramps for skateboarders and in-line skaters. Shops include Steve & Barry's University Sportswear, Epoxy, Hilo Hattie, CoKooning, and Storyville. There's also a 20-screen Cinemark Theater. Festival Bay is adjacent to the Factory Outlet Mall.
