$$-$$$, American, Epcot
Fodor's Review:
This bright and breezy restaurant is a good place to put your feet up after a long day and sample cuisine inspired by the flavors of the Caribbean. You can have your spicy jerk chicken and your almond-raspberry cheesecake, too. A consistent hit is the pan-seared salmon with vine-ripened tomatoes, applewood-smoked bacon, red pepper aioli, and grilled sourdough bread. There's also a host of classic American offerings, such as smoked prime rib, grilled sirloin steak, and chocolate-hazelnut cake. Wash it all down with a tangerine margarita or a Red Stripe beer from Jamaica.
