$$-$$$, Continental, Winter Park
Fodor's Review:
Sitting at the sidewalk café and bar is like sitting on the main street of the quintessential American small town. But the locals know the real gem is hidden inside -- an atrium with live ficus trees, a brick floor, and brick walls that give the place a Vieux Carré feel. Chef Justin Plank's menu combines the best of French and Italian cuisine with an American twist. Much of the dinner menu is composed of traditional Continental fare, like rack of lamb or tenderloin topped with boursin cheese. One Florida touch is baked grouper with Tuscan white bean stew. Lunch offerings are lighter, with selections like glazed salmon and a good blue-cheese burger.
