$$-$$$$, Italian, Longwood
Fodor's Review:
This is one of Orlando's favorite restaurants, even though it's on a tacky stretch of highway filled with used-car lots. Enzo Perlini, the Roman charmer who owns the place, has turned a rather ordinary lakefront house into an Italian villa. It's worth the trip, about 45 minutes from WDW, to sample the antipasti. Mussels in the shell, with a broth of tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic, make a great appetizer. Try the aged tenderloin grilled with Gorgonzola cheese or the bucatini alla Enzo, a thick, hollow pasta tossed with prosciutto, peas, bacon, mushrooms, and Parmesan.
