Fodor's Review:
It's got 3 floors containing nearly 40 chain and specialty shops (Koko & Palenki, Victoria's Secret, and Edward Beiner, among others), blending the bustle of a mall with the breathability of an open-air venue. Kiosks with cigars, beads, incense, herbs, and other small items are scattered around the ground level, while restaurants and nightlife (Hooters, Fat Tuesday, and a 16-screen AMC theater, to name a few) are upstairs. Hanging out and people-watching is somewhat of a pastime here. The stores stay open almost as late as the popular restaurants and clubs.
