¢-$, Italian, Little Havana
Fodor's Review:
Some of the city's best Italian for the money comes out of this kitchen. Entrées rarely top $12, but they always please, especially homemade pastas with red sauces. Start with delicious bruschetta, mozzarella with pignoli, prosciutto and sun-dried tomatoes, or a homemade soup. Spaghetti with marinara, the cheapest entrée, might well be the best because the sauce is that good. Pleasant service matches the casual atmosphere. Fettuccine with chicken, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes; homemade ravioli with spinach and ricotta; and a stew of snapper, seafood, and tomato sauce excel, as do house-baked desserts.
