Fodor's Review:
The strip mall on Bird Road and 79th Avenue has become the casual diner's restaurant row. This small, neat, and cheerful Venezuelan eatery has friendly, helpful service and a limited menu that nevertheless has something for everyone. Arepitas (small corn patties) are very good, as is the preposterous plantain sandwich with avocado, tomato, sliced chicken, and crumbled cheese. You can get Venezuelan newspapers or watch the Caracas version of Star Search, or a popular novela on Venevisión. Everyone gets into it, so don't ask to lower the volume; part of the global experience is the surround sound.
