Fodor's Review:
The name doesn't invoke the Baja Peninsula quite the way it should, given the fish tacos, shrimp burritos, and huevos rancheros on the menu. No matter. After imbibing one of the 10 signature "hurricane" drinks, you won't care what the place is called, or even the fact that it's about as far from a sandbar as a real hurricane is from landfall in, say, January.
