Fodor's Review:
The crème de la crème of Naples dining, the Ritz's main restaurant is equally rich in food and decor. Exquisite molding, solid European furnishings, and ever-changing themed exhibits from local galleries set an elegant mood, and the imaginative cuisine reflects what's fresh that day: trio of foie gras with peaches and Sauternes sorbet, bamboo-steamed Dover sole, and lobster risotto, for instance. Dinners are arranged and priced as three-, four-, and seven-course meals.
