Fodor's Review:

There are four department stores in the Santa Rosa Mall, as well as 118 other shops, 15 bistro-style eateries, and a 10-screen movie theater. If you miss the homogenization of home, you can find the usual suspects of Wal-Mart, Target, Books-A-Million, and more in new shopping plazas along Highway 98, concentrated primarily near Highway 293.
