New Orleans-style cooking and well-known performers, such as Nancy Wilson, Joshua Redman, and Wynton Marsalis, are staples at this legendary -- and expensive -- club, where jazz greats Dizzy Gillespie and Charlie Byrd once recorded live albums. You can come for just the show, but those who enjoy a meal get better seats.
