Cashion's Eat Place

$$-$$$, American, Adams-Morgan

Fodor's Review:

Walls are hung with family photos, and tables are jammed with regulars feasting on up-to-date, home-style cooking in Ann Cashion's very personal restaurant. The menu changes daily, but roast chicken, steak, and seafood are frequent choices. Side dishes, such as garlicky mashed potatoes, sometimes upstage the main course. If it's available, order the chocolate terrine layered with walnuts, caramel, mousse, and ganache. At Sunday brunch, many entré es are a fraction of the normal price.
