Fodor's Review:
The best of the city's Ethiopian restaurants, Etete doesn't hold back on the spices. Savory pastries known as sambusas are filled with fiery lentils, and ginger brightens a stew of vegetables. The sharing of dishes and the mode of eating -- rather than using utensils diners tear off pieces of a spongy pancakelike bread to scoop up stews and sautées -- make for exotic and adventurous dining at this style-conscious eatery.
