This warm, peaceful B&B on a quiet residential street lies near the entrance to the metro nearest the zoo and close to Adams-Morgan and Rock Creek Park. Antique-filled rooms are individually decorated, and some have private baths. Conversation between guests is encouraged at the communal breakfast, which includes a fresh fruit salad, cereal, yogurt, and homemade pastries. A two-night minimum stay is required, with few exceptions.

A beautiful and cozy inn with very friendly staff. The architecture is great, antiques exquisite and our room was cozy.
The location is superb! We were able to walk everywhere--the metro, restaurants, shops, zoo. No need for a car. In fact, if you can come without one all the better because we had to pay extra for parking.
The price was great for DC. I valued it a 4 simply because the breakfast was somewhat small. With cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and rolls, it was good but not as hearty and exciting as some I've had at other B&B's.

Ditto on all of the other comments. This was my second B&B experience. The first was not good and I was hesitant to stay at another B&B. I am so glad that I took a chance. It truly was a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to a return visit.
