Its selection of more than 1,000 varieties of beer from around the world landed Brickskeller in Guinness World Records 2003. Other draws include the cozy, although slightly grungy, cellar location; the diverse clientele; the tasty burgers; and the adept servers, who actually have to attend "beer school" to get a job here.
