Fodor's Review:
A charming, small hotel nestled in a 1948 building, the Bristol not only has location working for it, but also old-fashioned personalized service. Situated right downtown, it is surrounded by shops and eateries and it has an immediately inviting lobby, with a fireplace and bookshelf. The staff goes out of its way to recommend local sights and dining, and although the Western-style decor is a bit faded, the cramped but serviceable rooms are well kept and tidy. Families and groups will appreciate their special family-style rooms, which offer four people the ability to stay in two rooms connected by a bathroom, for about $40-$50 more per night. Pros: families and groups can stay comfortably for a small extra fee, convenient location, ski lockers, computer in lobby. Cons: rooms may seem uncomfortably small, bathrooms even more so.
