$$$, Latin American, Boulder
Fodor's Review:
Enjoy a South American cocktail like a caiparinha, mojito, or pisco sour before dinner in this busy restaurant. The storefront windows let in plenty of light, the seating is spacious, and the service is great. Try ceviche (seafood or fish marinated in lime juice and served with fun accompaniments like banana, pickled peppers, mango, or popcorn) or empanadas to start. The presentation of entrées such as the pecan- and chile-crusted catfish, grilled beef short ribs, or the coffee-rubbed beef tenderloin is innovative and stunning. A Chilean walnut tart or a chocolate empanada and a cup of French-press coffee round out a meal here wonderfully.
