Fodor's Review:
Adjacent to the new Westfield San Francisco Shopping Centre with Bloomingdales and Nordstrom, and close to many of the museums and attractions south of Market Street, this hotel is a shopping and culture maven's delight. The eight-story hotel's stately 1913 neoclassical facade gives way to a warm and stylish lobby with a large Alexander Calder-style mobile over the lounge area. Warm earth tones dress the spacious, attractive guest rooms, which have contemporary Italian furnishings. Too much sightseeing or shopping? Ease your fatigue in the split-level fitness center on the seventh and eighth floors.
