Union Street Inn

$$$-$$$$, Cow Hollow

User Rating: **** 4.0

Fodor's Review:

With the help of precious family antiques and unique artwork, innkeepers Jane Bertorelli and David Coyle (who was a chef for the Duke and Duchess of Bedford) turned this green-and-cream 1902 Edwardian into a delightful B&B. Equipped with candles, fresh flowers, wineglasses, and fine linens, rooms are popular with honeymooners and romantics. The Carriage House, with its whirlpool tub, is set off from the main house by an old-fashioned English garden with lemon trees. An elaborate breakfast, which many guests have raved about, is included, as are afternoon tea and evening hors d'oeuvres.

Noisy

This is the first fodor's choice I would not return to or recommend. We had a room by the front door and it was loud, everytime someone entered you heard the door close. I was also noisy due to facing the street and loud drunk people out there at 2:45 am.
