Fodor's Review:
The tasteful lobby is filled with black-and-white photographs of local movie houses and reproductions of Tamara De Lempicka's Art Deco paintings. Beyond the 1930s movie palace red-velvet curtains of "Le Petit Théâtre Bijou" are complimentary nightly screenings of two San Francisco-themed films -- from The Maltese Falcon to What's Up, Doc? The smallish but cheerful rooms are decorated with black-and-white movie stills. The convenience of this downtown location is offset by the proximity to the Tenderloin.
