Fodor's Review:
This terra-cotta-clad neo-Gothic building built in 1926 boasts a seven-story corner sign straight out of a film noir. Adjacent the Westfield San Francisco Centre (including Bloomingdales and Nordstrom) and convenient to Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Center, and Union Square, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers. The modest Pickwick Café offers Thai cuisine in addition to more traditional fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Courteous multilingual staff and 24-hour concierge service offer welcome assistance and 24-hour attendant parking is available.
