Fodor's Review:
The menu at this casual restaurant inside one of Julian's historic homes appeals to a variety of tastes, including vegetarian. Chicken dishes are popular, as are steaks and the smoked pork chops served with applesauce. Lunch options include good burgers, whopping sandwiches, and soups. There's a tree-shaded dining area that is heated on cool evenings.

It's the best restaurant in Julian! Try it for lunch and sit outside.
