The Thornton Winery's airy country restaurant, whose big windows overlook the vineyards, serves serious contemporary cuisine seasoned with the winery's own products. You may find poached pear with gorgonzola mousse, pan-seared duck and confit, and smoked filet mignon in a cabernet-merlot demi-glace.
