This two-story resort, tucked into a canyon right off I-15 midway between Temecula and Escondido, offers excellent value and is popular with convention groups. It was built in the 1970s, but fully renovated in 2004, and boasts a championship golf course. All guest rooms have golf-course or foothills views, and many have balconies or private patios. The resort offers a free golf clinic throughout the week. Locals flock to the AcquaTerra Restaurant and Oyster Bar for fresh seafood and sushi.
