Fodor's Review:

Belo San Diego is another ultra-chic, white-hot Gaslamp Quarter restaurant-cum-nightclub that's helping to turn the neighborhood, for better or for worse, into a hub of Vegas-style super clubs. Belo opened in February 2006 and immediately made its mark thanks to a kickin' sound system, postmodern furnishings bathed in riotously colorful lights, and terrific food.
