Fodor's Review:
Tio Leo's is a throwback to the days when lounges were dark and vinyl-filled. The crowd is retro-attired as well. The lounge is in a Mexican restaurant, and an incredible variety of country, rockabilly, zydeco, blues, jazz, and swing acts grace the small stage.
