Fodor's Review:
This 17-floor high-rise is well equipped for business travelers -- the front desk provides 24-hour fax and photocopy services, and rooms come with desks and private voice mail. The hotel is in the middle of the San Diego River valley near Qualcomm Stadium and the Rio Vista Plaza shopping center, minutes from the Mission Valley and Fashion Valley malls. There's free transportation to the malls, and the San Diego Trolley stops across the street. Rooms are comfortable (with individual balconies) and the staff is friendly.

Service and Smiles in the Valley

With newly remodeled rooms and improved lobby and restaurant decor, the physical facility leaves little to be desired; the rooms are not too large, but comfortable. This hotel truely earns its stripes with its service. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcome. Everyone seems knowledgable or willing to obtain the answers to your questions. The Mission Valley Marriott provides 5 star resort level service in a relaxed business and convention setting. Kudos!RATING: 4.6
