Fodor's Review:
The front door of each spacious, contemporary suite opens out onto a 12-story atrium, and rooms facing the harbor have spectacular views. A cooked-to-order breakfast and afternoon cocktails are complimentary, as are airport transfers and a daily newspaper. Room rates vary greatly depending on occupancy. The convention center, the Embarcadero, Seaport Village, and a trolley station are nearby.

It's time for an update...

This hotel has some positives, but it needs to be updated with fresh and brighter colors, new carpeting, etc. Our view was wonderful, but the livingroom was dark and stuffy. The restaurant in the hotel was good; the staff is friendly. We had no water one day, and the elevators were slow and two were out of commission.RATING: 3.2
