Fodor's Review:
Long one of the most charming hotels in Tijuana, the Lucerna had begun to show its age but has now regained its former glory with modern touches like wireless Internet access and a business center. Although the place has an American air, the lovely gardens, large pool surrounded by palms, touches of tile work, and folk art lend the hotel a Mexican character, too.
