Fodor's Review:

The tiered, Mediterranean-style Del Mar Plaza has flower-filled courtyards, fountains, a spectacular view of the Pacific, and some fine restaurants. Some businesses validate parking, which is underground. White House/Black Market (858/794-0355) stocks fashionable apparel for women, mainly in basic black and white. Georgiou (858/481-1964) specializes in designer women's fashions.
