Fodor's Review:

The baguettes at this artisanal bakery near the Petco Park baseball stadium are every bit as good as the ones you'd buy in Paris. Focaccia and other superior loaves are the building blocks for solid, sometimes creative sandwiches, which range from the simple goodness of Genoa salami and sweet butter, to a vegan sandwich that includes locally grown avocado. The menu extends to a daily soup, a fruit-garnished cheese plate, and an appetizing Mediterranean salad. Snackers gravitate here for fudge-textured brownies, almond biscotti, and other irresistible sweets. During baseball season, the "take-me-out-to-the-ballgame" box lunch offers a choice of sandwich, chips, a freshly baked cookie, and a bottle of water for $10.75.

I love the breads and sandwiches. A must stop for lunch when you're in the area.
