Fodor's Review:
This hilltop resort on 30 acres overlooking Batiquitos Lagoon is one of the most luxurious in the San Diego area, with gleaming marble corridors, original artwork, crystal chandeliers, and enormous flower arrangements. Rooms have every possible amenity: oversize closets, private balconies or garden patios, and marble bathrooms with double vanities and deep soaking tubs. The resort is exceptionally family friendly, providing a wide selection of in-room amenities designed for the younger set. The kids also have their own pool, nature walks with wildlife demonstrations, and video and board games.
