Fodor's Review:
San Diego's best and most upscale mall has a contemporary Mission theme, lush landscaping, and more than 200 shops and restaurants. To get here, you can use the San Diego Trolley; many hotels also provide complimentary shuttle service. The major department stores are Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue; there's even a Tiffany's here. Na Hoku (619/294-7811), a Hawaiian jewelry store, has Tahitian black pearls and pendants fashioned as exotic flowers. Smith & Hawkin (619/298-0441) stocks fancy gardening supplies, teak furniture, and gifts.
