Fodor's Review:
Winston's is a sure bet for quality music in Ocean Beach. In a bowling alley-turned-rock club, Winston's hosts local bands, reggae groups, and, occasionally, 1960s-style bands. The crowd, mostly locals, are typically mellow, but can get rowdy.
