Fodor's Review:
A family-run operation for more than 40 years, the Beverly Laurel stands out for its low rates and central city location bordering West Hollywood. Touring bands and up-and-coming actors stay here on their way to the big time. An indifferent staff and small shaded pool are downsides. The ground floor is home to Swingers coffee shop, which is popular with the actors, models, and musicians who also frequent the motel.
