Fodor's Review:
The Valley may not be as bustling as Hollywood, but it has slowly been building its own after-dark scene, especially on the weekends. Sapphire is one of the glossiest spots in the area, with slick decor, plush seating, and a jukebox full of sexy grooves and rousing rock.
