Fodor's Review:
If it's surfer boys or girls you're after, Duke's Barefoot Bar will be your new favorite hangout. The tiki-decorated oceanside drinking spot – named after famed surf god Duke Kahanamoku – is a casual place, with a patio right near the waves and an adjoining restaurant offering tasty finger foods.
