Though not in the most fashionable neck of the woods, the Fremont Center Theatre has nonetheless turned out its share of critically appreciated revivals and more obscure dramas. It's also the home of the Pasadena Shakespeare Company (626/799-1860. www.pasadenashakespeare.com).
