You can't eat or drink -- but you can see great jazz -- at the no-frills World Stage. It's the brainchild of storied drummer Billy Higgins, and some of his big-name friends are known to stop by. The schedule of workshops, jam sessions, and concerts -- many featuring young aspiring musicians -- changes frequently; so call ahead.
