Fodor's Review:
Holly's sits in the space that used to house Cuban hot spot Paladar; now it offer a billowy French atmosphere, complete with light appetizers, stiff drinks and DJs spinning groovin' sounds. Getting past the doorman can be tough on weekends, but once inside, the vibe is bliss.
