Fodor's Review:
Blink and you'll miss this place, whose reputation far exceeds its size. It's known for carne asada, carnitas, and cochinita pibil (Yucatán-style roasted pork) tacos and burritos. This is a fast-food restaurant in the finest tradition -- independent, family-owned, and sticking to what it does best. The liquor store next door sells lots of Coronas to Hut customers soaking up the sun on the makeshift parking-lot patio. There's no chance of satisfying a late-night craving, though; it closes at 6 PM.

How do they fit so many people in such a small place? Forget Saturday it's to busy; I don't do big lines. Check your Jenny Craig at the door and overindulge. I fly down from Portland twicw a year for the Yuca fix. Tamales Saturday are hideously good.RATING: 4.4
