Stoke the old-fashioned burlesque revival at Forty Deuce, where sultry yet relatively demure strip shows recall another era. The eye candy here is nonstop, but not just on stage -- the lounge-bar is one of the most celeb-studded hangouts in town. This is the brainchild of club impresario Ivan Kane.
