$$-$$$$, American, Hollywood
Fodor's Review:
Liver and onions, lamb chops, goulash, shrimp Louis salad, gruff waiters -- you'll find all the old favorites here in Hollywood's oldest restaurant. A film-industry hangout since it opened in 1919, Musso & Frank still welcomes the working studio set to its maroon faux-leather booths. Great breakfasts are served all day, but the kitchen's famous "flannel cakes" (pancakes) are served only until 3 PM.
