Fodor's Review:
Decent Chinese food and pretty good drinking are on offer at the Formosa Cafe, featured in 1997's noir L.A. Confidential because it's a rare, still-intact remnant of that bygone Hollywood era. Its railroad-car design allows lots of booths, and the walls are a pictorial shrine to the film community, many of whom have frequented the place (it's across from the former Warner Hollywood lot).
